Congratulations to Olivia Green, the winner of our Be Money $mart student art competition!

We asked Pennsylvania students in kindergarten through 12th grade to design the cover of our new Be Money $mart Activity Book.

After reviewing hundreds of submissions, Olivia Green’s drawing was selected by a panel of judges as the winner! Olivia’s cover was unveiled during a special ceremony at the 2026 PA Farm Show, and the activity book is now being shared with learners of all ages across Pennsylvania.

By submitting your coloring page, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Participants must be a student enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade in Pennsylvania.
One entry may be submitted per person.
The completed coloring page must be the student’s original work, may not have been previously submitted, must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person, and must not violate any law.
All participants grant the Pennsylvania Department of the Auditor General (“Department”) the right to use their submission, first name, and grade for marketing and publicity in connection with this initiative.
You are providing your submission at no cost and agree that the Department may retain your content indefinitely.
Your submission becomes the property of the Department, and you release the Department from any and all liability.
The Department is not responsible for technical issues or fraudulent submissions.
The Department reserves the right to use its discretion when selecting submissions to be publicized.
