Auditor General DePasquale Applauds Victory for Internet Freedom, Urges U.S. House to Reinstate Net Neutrality

HARRISBURG (May 16, 2018) – Auditor General Eugene DePasquale today issued the following statement on the U.S. Senate vote today to reinstate net neutrality:

“Today’s senate vote to stop the Trump Administration’s effort to allow internet service providers to control the content and speed at which consumer get information on the web is a victory for all Americans.

“I urge the U.S. House of Representatives to follow the senate’s lead to keep the internet open and accessible to all.”
