About This Audit

The compliance audit conducted on the Maltby Volunteer Firemen’s Relief Association of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, covered the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2024. Under the authority of state laws, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Constitution, The Fiscal Code, and the Volunteer Firefighters’ Relief Association Act, the audit evaluated the association’s adherence to laws, contracts, bylaws, and procedures related to the receipt and expenditure of state aid.
