About This Audit

The compliance audit of the Randolph Township Volunteer Firemen’s Relief Association for January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, was performed under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Fiscal Code, and the Volunteer Firefighters’ Relief Association Act. The audit aimed to verify if the association complied with state laws, contracts, and bylaws regarding state aid and fund expenditures. The association’s officers are responsible for managing internal controls and ensuring adherence to these regulations. The audit concluded that the relief association complied in all significant aspects with the applicable laws and procedures during the period audited. The total cash as of December 31, 2024, was $22,516, with expenditures amounting to $9,047 for the period. The Randolph Township and Richmond Township allocated state aid to the association. The report was discussed with the management, and the cooperation during the audit was appreciated.
