Borough of Delmont – Westmoreland County – Liquid Fuels Tax Fund for the Period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025

A compliance audit was conducted on the Liquid Fuels Tax Fund of the Borough of Delmont, Westmoreland County, for the period of January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, to ensure adherence to criteria set by PennDOT in Publication 9. The audit assessed the borough’s internal controls and verified the accuracy and compliance of reported expenditures totaling $196,719.51 with the criteria. The audit also reviewed whether the borough made timely and proper allocations and deposits. Adjustments, if any, were proposed to the reported amounts. Based on the procedures performed, the audit concluded that the Borough of Delmont complied in all significant respects with PennDOT’s criteria.
