A compliance audit was conducted on the Liquid Fuels Tax Fund of the Township of Hector, Potter County, for the period January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2024, to assess adherence to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) regulations for fund management. The audit evaluated the municipality’s internal controls, testing a portion of the $1,296,802.03 expenditures to verify permissible use.
