Examples of Duties
The DAG is looking for an Auditor 5 position within the Bureau of County Audits- District Courts and Row Offices. The Auditor 5 position is responsible for planning, directing and supervising auditors in accordance with department and bureau policies, procedures, and Government Auditing Standards, as applicable. The Auditor 5 motivates, empowers, and builds teamwork, providing mentor-ship and on-the-job training to the audit staff.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
- Occasional travel to auditee sites is required.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Degree from accredited college or university with at least 12 credits in accounting/auditing; or
- One year as an Auditor 4; or
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training in accounting, auditing, or closely related field.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Knowledge of auditing District Courts and Row Offices in Pennsylvania.
